Delivery of live pets is handled with utmost care, using safe and stress-minimized transport methods.
Delivery times and dates may vary depending on location, pet type, and weather conditions.
Buyers must be present to receive the pet. Missed deliveries may result in extra handling fees or cancellation.

5. Returns and Refunds

Refunds are subject to our discretion and will require veterinary verification.
No refunds are provided due to change of mind or incompatibility.

6. Breeding and Rehoming

Pets purchased from us are intended for companionship unless otherwise specified.
If you no longer wish to care for a pet, we encourage you to contact us for rehoming assistance. Abandonment or inhumane treatment will not be tolerated.
